For those who loved the Sour Cherry & Custard panettone at Christmas, this might feel familiar. This is a traditional Colomba filled with tart sour cherries and pockets of custard. Still that same dove shape, still rich and yeasted, but with more contrast: the cherries cut through the sweetness, the custard makes it even softer.
