We currently offer shipping across the UK and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of your order.

How should I store my Ottolenghi treats?

Storage instructions vary by product. Most of our cakes and bakes are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of receipt. Specific storage advice is included on the packaging of each item.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours.

Do you offer gift wrapping and personalized notes?

Yes, we offer signature Ottolenghi gift packaging for many of our hampers and sets. You can also add a personalized gift message at the checkout stage.
